2 tbsp butter
Minced Onion, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper to taste
4 cups milk
1 box macaroni
4 cups cheddar cheese
2 chicken breasts
Step 1: Melt 2 tbsp of butter on a medium temperature stove; add minced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2: Add milk and macaroni, and let simmer until macaroni is cooked. Then add cheddar cheese and mix until cheese is melted.
Step 3: Scoop balls of mac n cheese and place on a plate. Freeze the scooped mac n cheese balls for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Take out a chicken breast and sprinkle with pepper and salt.
Step 5: Slice the chicken breast from the middle, but do not cut all the way through. You want to create a pocket to stuff mac n cheese inside.
Step 6: Finally, put the mac n cheese ball inside the chicken breast and secure the open sides with toothpicks.
Step 7: Cover the chicken breast with flour, buttermilk, and bread crumbs.
Step 8: Fry in a pan until the chicken breast is brown and crispy.
Step 9: Bake at 325’F for 20 minutes and serve!
